Ursula from Pleasant Events was amazing. She came to our rehearsal and walked everyone through what they needed to do day of. I think everyone was very aware of what to expect on our wedding day. There was no stress. On the day of our wedding she showed up early and helped with set up. There were a few issues with the music not working in the garden and she worked really hard with everyone involved to get all issues resolved without stressing herself or anyone else out.
